Who Am I? (Or, How Did I End Up Here?)
My name is Ayoola Kelani and I'm a Senior Software Developer, which is just a fancy way of saying I’ve been breaking (and occasionally fixing) things in tech for a while now. I spend my days wrestling with microservices, convincing CI/CD pipelines to deploy without a meltdown, and debugging things I swear I didn’t break (but somehow did).
A Day In My Life Developer (A Never-Ending Loop)
☕ Step 1: Coffee. Because brain.exe won’t start otherwise.
💻 Step 2: Stare at code and pretend to understand it.
🐛 Step 3: Google my own errors like a pro or plead with ChatGPT to help me
🛑 Step 4: Copy-paste from Stack Overflow (now ChatGPT) … then debug for 3 hours.
📅 Step 5: Sitting in meetings that could have been a Slack message
🔥 Step 1001: Finally fix one bug… but introduce five new ones.
🤡 Step 1002: Push to production and act surprised when it breaks.
What is This Blog About?(Or, Why I Created This Mess)
This is not one of those super serious “How to Write Perfect Code” blogs—because let’s be real, perfect code is a myth (probably written in pseudocode). Instead, this blog is about:
